On wash days
Massage Anti Hair Fall Shampoo gently into wet hair and scalp, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Adjust your wash schedule to your needs. The shampoo contains sulphate cleansers, so it is not a sulphate-free formula.
The leave-in step
The Hair Growth Serum directions describe a few pumps on clean, dry scalp once daily, ideally at bedtime. Massage gently and leave in without washing afterward. Follow the label on your own bottle.
Two products, two formulas
The shampoo's label names Biotin + Procapil. The spray is a separate formula, so do not assume it contains the same ingredients simply because the products share a range.
